Positive: Good access and parking. Convenient location. Short walk to a nice restaurant. Well equipped. Large comfortable ( sofa ) bed Quiet. Lift was useful when checking in and out with all the clutter. Nice balcony for people watching. Responsive host.
Negative: Limited hot water for more than two people. WiFi was a little intermittent.
